Message from our founder. What’s next for 2022?

2021 was a crazy year for Epsilo. Here’s a quick look at what we achieved together:

  • 👥  Welcomed new clients from digital agencies, ecommerce enablers and SMBs! 
  • 🌎  Our users now sit in 48 countries across 4 continents who spend an average of 6.5 hours on Epsilo daily
  • 💰  Generated over $230m in GMV for our users & boosted ads GMV contribution  
  • 👩🏻‍💻  Added 4 new functions and 11 new roles across Ad Specialists, Community, Marketing, Revenue and Partnerships 
  • 🤝  Established a regional team in Singapore
  • 💌  Launched our newsletter #CloseTheGap to share industry insights & tips with our community 
  • 🏆  Became recognised as one of the few official Shopee Agency Partners across Southeast Asia 

Ecommerce never sleeps so our focus is to continuously improve, update and fit our software solution to tackle the unique challenges faced by sellers in emerging markets. These include operating stores across multiple marketplaces, aggregating data across different seller centers/MSPs/Brand Portals, setting up, running and optimising ads for portfolios of any size, campaign after campaign.  


And this is only the beginning. We will be releasing exciting product updates and news in the coming weeks so stay tuned. Some teasers: 

  • A full product enhancement of Epsilo to be released that includes a share of search dashboard to understand how your products compare to competitors for specific keywords  
  • Full integration with more marketplaces Amazon, Mercado Libre and Flipkart to manage even more marketplaces in one central execution hub
  • and a brand new website to start the new year

Big kudos to our dedicated engineering team who commits to new software improvements on a weekly basis, our client success managers who tirelessly support users with campaigns to achieve operational excellence, to our partners who believe in our mission and all Epsilions. We’re excited to work with more sellers to scale further across different markets and marketplaces.
